Carol Field Dahlstrom is an author and editor. She worked as the executive editor at Better Homes and Gardens books for many years. 

 

Carol has written, edited, and produced numerous cookbooks, crafts, decorating, and holiday books, as well as children's specialty products. She is now president of her own company, Brave Ink Press

 

She became interested in developing gluten-free recipes when family members were diagnosed with Celiac disease. She published a cookbook, Gluten-Free Made Simple using easy to-find and inexpensive ingredients to make absolutely delicious recipes that everyone in the family will love.

 

Carol lives in the country with her husband where she writes and designs from her studio.
