She is the author of Urban Pantry: Tips and Recipes for a Thrifty, Susatainable and Sesaonal Kitchen; Apartment Gardening: Plants, Projects, and Recipes for Growing Food in Your Urban Home; and Apples: From Harvest to Table. She launched a monthly eBook series in 2013 called Fresh Pantry, which was published in cookbook form May 2014.  She has been featured in Bon Appetit, Wall Street Journal, the Huffington Post, Goop, and Apartment Therapy.
