  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)


  1. 1 Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. 2 For dipping, serve in individual small dishes. Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container for about a week.
