Sweet Potato French Fries

The ease of making French fries the oven way! This time, we do it with sweet potatoes, which cook even faster than the white varieties.

Foods rich in beta-carotene are the dark orange and red vegetables and fruits such as sweet potatoes and carrots, as well as pink grapefruit.

Because of the rich flavor in sweet potatoes, they have earned a bad reputation of being high in calories. In reality, a 5-inch (12.5 cm) sweet potato contains only about 120 calories — no more than a white one of the same size.
