Spicy Thai Dipping Sauce
We try to keep a little of this dipping sauce in our refrigerators at all times. Not only is it great as an accompaniment to most Asian appetizers, it’s also wonderful the day after the party, dabbed on a simple meal of poached chicken, rice, and veggies.
NotesMake-ahead: This sauce can be made up to a week ahead and kept, covered and refrigerated.
