Southwest Cabbage Slaw

What makes this a Southwest slaw? The combination of sour cream, pickled chile peppers, salsa, cilantro, and cumin. With this flavor punch, you might not be able to enjoy regular slaw again! This is excellent with chicken, turkey, pork, and steak.
NotesMake it a meal kit: Slaws tend to get better with age (since the flavors have a chance to blend), so feel free to make this side dish in advance and store in a sealable container or plastic bag for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Have it your way: You can substitute an equal amount of broccoli slaw for the cole slaw if desired.
