- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

If serving as a dipping sauce, serve in small individual bowls. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for about a week.
