  • 3 medium carrots, halved if necessary
  • Two 6-inch-long cucumbers, halved if necessary
  • 1 medium apple, halved or quartered if necessary
  • 1 medium beet, thinly peeled, halved or quartered if necessary
  • One ½-inch piece fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Juice the carrots, cucumbers, apple, beet, and ginger in a juice extractor. Serve immediately.
