Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups (440 g) diced papaya
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) locally harvested raw honey
  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) kombucha tea

Instructions

  1. Place the papaya, cinnamon, and honey into the container of a blender and process until all the fruit has been pureed. Add the kombucha and blend until well mixed.
