Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 chicken breasts, skinned, each cut into quarters
- 4 slices lean turkey ham, cut into strips
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup dry sherry wine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh Italian parsley or ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon half salt, half salt-substitute mixture
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown chicken and turkey ham; add tomato sauce, sherry, garlic, parsley, almond extract, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
