- 4 ounces (110 g) fresh dill
- ½ cup (110 mL) vegetable oil
Place the ingredients in a blender, and purée until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, and warm to 165°F.
Pour the Dill Oil back in the blender, and purée for 1 more minute.
Pour the Dill Oil back in the saucepan, and warm over medium heat, until just starting to boil.
Remove from the heat, pour through a fine sieve, and let cool.
