- 1 recipe Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1 (13.5-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
- Cubed tofu and chopped vegetables of your choice
- Cooked rice, for serving
In a large saucepan, heat the curry paste over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the coconut milk and 1 cup water, plus the tofu and any chopped vegetables you desire. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
