Cucumber Margarita

These are unbelievably refreshing and good looking, too, destined to become your trademark party drink. I’m guessing that almost everyone has watched a bartender salt the rims of margarita glasses, but if you haven’t, invert the glass into a dish of Lime juice and then into a dish of kosher salt. Put the glasses in the freezer until you’re ready to pour, then rev up your blender, and don’t forget to garnish the margarita with a few slices of cool cucumber.
