Chocolate Malted Milk Shake

Malt powder isn’t as easy to find as it once was, but it is carried in major supermarkets, next to the cocoa powder and hot chocolate mixes.

Type of Dishshake
- 1/4 cup malt powder (see Note)
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- 2 large scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1½ cups cold milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or milk-shake machine. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes, and pour into tall glasses.
