Chipotle Ketchup

Canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce have a spicy, smoky flavor that cuts the sweetness of bottled ketchup. The heat of the chiles will vary from can to can, so taste yours before adding them to the ketchup, using more or less according to their spiciness and your taste.
