  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lactose-free milk or fortified soy milk
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée banana, milk and peanut butter. Pour into a glass and serve.
