- 4 plantains, very ripe (completely black-brown skin)
- 4 teaspoons margarine
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slit skin of plantain lengthwise; place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes; turn plantains; bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve in peel drizzled with margarine.
