Ingredients

  • 4 plantains, very ripe (completely black-brown skin)
  • 4 teaspoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Slit skin of plantain lengthwise; place on cookie sheet.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes; turn plantains; bake for another 20 minutes.

  4. Melt margarine.

  5. Serve in peel drizzled with margarine.
