Special Health Benefits
Apples are high in fiber and are full of antioxidants, while walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which some studies indicate may help lower cholesterol.
Tart Granny Smith apples and tangy blue cheese are the perfect counterpoints to the sweet raisins and Sweet Honey Dressing of this salad. The walnuts add a delightful flavor and crunch.
