Maple-Glazed Baked Peaches

Maple-flavored peaches with a hint of ginger are a grand end to any dinner. A scoop of ice cream adds a nice finish.
NotesWhen using peaches you’ll want to peel them. First cut a shallow “x” in bottom. Then plunge into boiling water for 15 seconds. Transfer to ice water and the peeling is easy.
