Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup uncrystallized ginger, or 1/4 cup crystallized ginger
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Brazil nuts
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 months.
