Ingredients
- 1 (1-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini vanilla wafer cookies
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced

In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk until smooth and evenly combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until chilled.

Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer on high until somewhat thick. Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract and continue to whip until soft peaks form/

Transfer the pudding into a large plastic food storage bag and the whipped cream in a separate bag. Snip off a corner on both and use them as piping bags.

Layer the pudding, cream, wafer cookies, and sliced bananas in mini parfait glasses, alternating between each to create multiple layers in each glass. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
