Editor's Note: Give your dinner dishes a delightful and savory taste when you add your own garlic paste to the mix! If you've never made your own garlic mix, then you will be in for a surprise. The one-ingredient recipe couldn't be easier to make! You'll love the added flavor that the garlic paste will impart on some of your favorite recipes, including the author's recipe for Chicken Curry. You will probably find quite a few uses for the paste along the way! Just keep in mind you need to use it within about one week of when the paste is made.
