Hawaiian Hula Shake
Great for a summer luau, this shake has all those great paradise island flavors.

- 1 cup fresh coconut milk ( or canned unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Maraschino cherries and pineapple chunks skewered on toothpicks, for garnish
Put all the ingredients, through the ice cream, in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth, 15 seconds.
Pour into tall frosted glasses. Add a cherry-and-pineapple garnish to each.
