Hestan NanoBond 11" Stainless Steel Skillet

Hestan NanoBond 11" Stainless Steel Skillet

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Hestan NanoBond 11" Stainless Steel Skillet is a beautifully-constructed piece of cookware. Hestan NanoBond is clad stainless steel cookware but heats up 35% faster than other clad cookware due to the pure aluminum core. Even better, it is safe to use metal utensils with this pan and you can put it in the dishwasher for a carefree clean-up.

Upon first look, this pan has a unique look and shine to it, due to the titanium and steel mix. The mix actually makes the pan much stronger than pure steel. It is also incredibly stain-resistant, unlike its traditional counterpart. The pan is so durable that it can withstand temperatures up to 1050 degrees F without any worry! Just like a steel pan, this one can be used with induction cooktops, too.

I absolutely love the handle on this skillet. It has a great heft to it, and sits nicely in the palm of your hand thanks to a slight curve. It also has a large hole at the end for hanging the pan on a pot rack or hook. It is designed to complement other Hestan pans for safe stacking in a cabinet.

The size and shape of this 11" skillet makes it ideal for lots of everyday cooking. It is perfect for sauteing vegetables, cooking chicken breasts, and making a quick pan sauce. The large surface area means it can handle large and small recipes, alike.

I was shocked to find out that this cookware is actually dishwasher safe! The fact it can withstand these elements, proves the durability of this incredible pan. Time and time again you will be impressed by the quality of the pan and how quickly it can be restored to "like new".
