  1. Place the sesame seeds into the bowl of a food processor and pulse 6 to 8 times until the seeds are crushed but not made into a paste. Or use a mortar and pestle to crush the seeds by hand. 

  2. Store the seeds in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 months.
