Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin, preferably ground from whole seeds toasted in a dry skillet
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in a tightly sealed container at room termperature for up to 1 month.
