  • Elderflower cordial
  • Soda water
  • 3-4 passion fruit (strained if preferred)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sprigs fresh mint


  1. In a large glass pitcher, pour about one-third elderflower cordial to two-thirds soda water. Add the pulp and seeds of the passion fruit (or strain them if you prefer this seed-less) and then chunk up with ice cubes, adding a few sprigs of fresh mint if you have any on hand.
