Where's the muffin???

Question Should this recipe include 1 package of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix?

I am going to try the corn Muffin Casserole but I will NOT try anything that has Mushrooms in it, so i will pass on The egg Salad! I have an Egg Salad recipe that I use all the time and we all love it, so I will stick to making THAT!!!
