Holly currently does work for Mizkan, True North Salmon and has been the media spokesperson for Louisiana Sweet Potatoes for over 13 years.
Holly Clegg is an author of the trim & TERRIFIC® cookbook series. The series includes trim & TERRIFIC® Diabetic Cooking (with the American Diabetes Association) and Eating Well Through Cancer. She has also branched outside of the now seven book series with her latest woman’s lifestyle cookbook, Too Hot in the Kitchen: Secret To Sizzle at Any Age.
Holly's recipes have been featured in such magazines as Cooking Light, Southern Living, People, USA Today, and Healthy Cooking. She has appeared on national shows including Fox & Friends, NBC Weekend Today, and The 700 Club.
Most recently Holly partnered with Wal-Mart to develop a healthy and affordable meal solution plan that includes videos. She has also worked with Diet Coke, Pace Salsa/Campbell’s Soup, and Tyson.
She currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her husband and children.
