Greg Malouf is an executive chef and author.   

 

He was born in Melbourne, Australia, to Lebanese parents. He served his formal apprenticeship in several of Australia's finest restaurants before working internationally in France, Italy, Austria and Hong Kong. His style of cooking combines his cultural heritage with his European training and extensive traveling. 

 

Since 2001, he has served as an executive chef at Melbourne's MoMo.  He is known around Australia as the master chef of modern Middle Eastern cooking. He has co-authored several award-winning cookbooks with his former wife Lucy Malouf, including Arabesque and Moorish.
