Australian chef Brigitte Hafner writes the weekly recipes for the Good Living section of The Sydney Morning Herald and the Epicure section of the Melbourne Age. She also coauthored The Illustrated Kitchen Bible with Victoria Blashford-Snell, which was published in 2008. Brigitte also was involved in writing Autumn, the Epicure Summer Cookbook, and Good Living Summer Cookbook.
Withher partner James Broadway, Brigitte runs the popular Melbourne gathering spot, The Gertrude Street Enoteca, a bistro-style wine bar open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
