Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 scallions, including some of the green, finely, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, washed, drained, and chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped sour gherkins
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 anchovy fillets, mashed
- Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
