Yield : Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 oz (50 mL) gin
  • Dash angostura bitters

Directions

1. In blender, on high speed, blend basil, watermelon, salt, gin and bitters until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a martini glass.
