 Soy-Wasabi Sauce Default

Recipe

The kick of wasabi, or Japanese horseradish, gives a lively accent to seafood.

Yield: Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared wasabi paste

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce and the wasabi paste. Serve at room temperature.

This sauce will keep, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.
