Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 2/3 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

Boil the wine in the pan's cooking juices until reduced by half. Stir in the creme fraiche. Add the parsley, season, and serve alongside steak.
