This quick and easy fruit sauce is an excellent way to add a fresh flavor to many desserts. Good with poached pears, chocolate cake, mixed berries, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
1. Purèe the raspberries, water, sugar, and juice.
2. Using a wooden spoon, push the purèe through a fine sieve into a bowl, discarding the seeds. Taste and adjust the flavor with sugar or juice if needed.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, until chilled.
Prepare ahead: The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before serving.
