    This is an amazing recipe I have made it 3 times, tomorrow will be the 4th! always perfect and so worth the effort. The scallion crepes also on this site are a must. I make mine larger than called for in the recipe, it makes filling them easier, I also sir fry Nappa cabbage,shataki mushrooms, chopped scallions and beaten egg, At the end of the stir fry I add a little of the hoisin/honey sauce and a bit of mushroom soy. NOT A LOT
    Smear the sauce on the pancake,add some duck and a little of the stir fry. It is so wonderful!
