    I'm going to brush the the peach halves with a bit of Balsamic Vinegar mixed with a bit of Honey, and then grill them. Brush the skin side, put on the grill, and brush the cut side.

    Grill for 2 to 3 minutes then brush cut side again just before turning cut side down. Grill another 2 to 3 minutes, just long enough to heat through.

    Remove from grill and add Mascarpone. Serve as before.
