Yield : 6 soda glasses
Ingredients
- 1 large can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- ½ cup light cream or half and half
- 1 quart ginger ale
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint orange sherbet
Directions
1. Put a heaping teaspoon of orange juice concentrate in each glass.
2. Add 1 tablespoon light cream to each glass, and mix well.
3. Stir in ¼ cup ginger ale, and add 1 scoop each of the ice cream and the sherbet.
4. Fill the glasses with the remaining ginger ale. Stir gently; and serve with a straw and a long-handled spoon.
