    Excellent moist chicken. Used only thighs and found a good in-store made hot bratwurst. I marinated this recipe for about 18 hours. As I started the night before and just popped this in the oven after work. Added baking potatoes on the side, as both take an hour to bake. Made up a quick lettuce salad and supper is served. The fresh lemon gives a mild tartness to the chicken.
    This recipe is a keeper, will make again soon.

    I used boneless, skinless chicken and it was too dry. The flavors were good. Next time I will follow the recipe and marinate it longer.

    My wife said just the reading the title should encourage me to make this recipe. Just wondering about what to serve with it. I was thinking fresh potato salad and greens?

    This dish is amazing. My husband said it was like he was eating turkey dinner, but without out all the work! So easy to make, I can't wait to do this one again. We had moose/venison sausage to add to the dish and it turned out great!
