- 1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- 4 loose mint leaves plus 1 mint sprig
- 2 oz. (¼ cup) light rum
- Cold club soda, optional
Combine lime juice, sugar, and loose mint leaves in glass; stir well, crushing mint slightly. Fill glass with crushed ice; stir in rum. If desired, top with club soda, stirring gently. Garnish with mint sprig.
