Maple Icing

Yield : Makes 1½ cups icing
Ingredients
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
- ¼ teaspoon maple extract (available in most grocery stores and specialty baking shops)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar and 4 tablespoons of the milk; stir well. Add additional milk to reach the desired consistency. Stir in the maple extract.
