Serve this with Perfectly Steamed Asparagus for a perfectly easy dish. It can also be covered and held if necessary, without separating as classic hollandaise can do; add the paprika at serving time.
Yield : Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 to 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Stir in the paprika and serve immediately.
