Recipe

Yield : Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 small raw beets, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 cup freshly grated horseradish
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions

In a small serving bowl, fold together all of the ingredients. Chill and serve.
