- 1/3 to ½ pound feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Fresh or dried oregano
Place a 1× 4-inch piece of drained feta cheese on a small plate and drizzle olive oil over the top and around the sides. Sprinkle oregano and crushed red pepper flakes over the top and serve with tosted pitas, or with round slices of cucumber.
Nutritional information is based on using 1/3 lb feta cheese and 2 teaspoons of olive oil to drizzle.
