Ginger-Champagne Cocktail

Recipe

This light and refreshing cocktail is guaranteed to whet your appetite! It’s perfect for a Sunday brunch. For more than one serving, simply multiply the amounts.

Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Ginger Lemonade, or to taste
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 5 ounces cold Spanish sparkling wine or dry champagne
  • Dash Angostura bitters

Directions

Pour the lemonade into a wine glass. Squeeze the lime and lemon wedges, and drop them in. Top with the sparkling wine or champagne. Add the bitters and serve.
