 Creamy Dill Dressing and Dipping Sauce

Recipe

This can be used for multiple foods, including children’s snacks, salad dressing, sandwiches, and vegetable dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup plain kefir (can substitute plain yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Directions

The Process

1. Place sour cream and yogurt in a medium size bowl, whisk in all other ingredients, stir until well blended.

Dressing will keep in refrigerator for a week.
