Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly milled black pepper
  • One 16-ounce package cole slaw mix

Directions

1. Combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.

2. Add the cole slaw and toss until well coated with the mayonnaise mixture;cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
