 Citrus-Soy Dipping Sauce

Recipe

Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup light soy sauce
  • 1 (½-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled, and finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
