All of these drinks operate on the same concept: push a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables through a good juicer, stir, and serve. I’ve listed the amount of juice of each type that you need rather than the weight or quantity of each ingredient because every batch of fruits and veggies will yield different amounts of juice. Juicing is the only way I know to realistically consume this much produce, and that’s what makes these juices so darn healthy, As an added benefit, they’re also delicious.
Ingredients
Beet apple ginger juice:
- ¾ cup fresh beet juice
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger juice
Beet Pear Grape Fruit Juice:
- 1 cup fresh pear juice
- ¾ cup fresh beet juice
- ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice
Beet Carrot Orange Juice:
- 1 cup fresh carrot juice
- ¾ cup fresh beet juice
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
Beet Banana Mango Smoothie:
- ¾ cup fresh beet juice
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- Ice

Stir the juices together and serve.

Combine the beet juice and fruits in a blender, add a couple handfuls of ice, and blend until smooth.
